SOCKSHOP does not accept responsibility for delays caused by a payment provider, banking institution or other third-party payment service.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by the SOCKSHOP Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

SOCKSHOP currently delivers within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times are:

1–7 days for deliveries within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.

14–21 days for deliveries outside the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, supplier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information and other circumstances outside of SOCKSHOP’s reasonable control.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

SOCKSHOP cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery costs may apply.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, repairs and replacements are governed by the SOCKSHOP Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

SOCKSHOP does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including where a customer changes their mind about a product, selects the wrong size, colour or style, or decides that a product is no longer suitable.

Socks that have been worn or used cannot be returned for change of mind or preference for hygiene reasons.

Where a product has a qualifying defect or does not meet the standards required by applicable South African consumer law, the customer may have statutory rights to a remedy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

SOCKSHOP 30-Day Quality Guarantee

SOCKSHOP provides a 30-day quality guarantee for qualifying product quality issues.

If you believe that a product does not meet SOCKSHOP’s quality standards, you should contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We may request photographs, proof of purchase and other reasonable information to assess the reported issue.

Where a qualifying quality issue is confirmed, SOCKSHOP will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

The 30-day quality guarantee does not replace or limit statutory consumer rights that apply under South African law.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to:

Exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded

Restrict a statutory remedy

Waive a consumer right provided by applicable South African law

Prevent a consumer from exercising a right available under applicable legislation
